When you submit a contact or audit form we collect the details you provide: your name, business name, email address, phone number, website address and your message.

We also record basic technical information to protect the forms from abuse, such as a one-way hashed version of your IP address and your browser type.

We use your details only to reply to your enquiry, carry out any audit you request and provide services you ask for. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests or steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.

We send a confirmation email when you submit a form. We will not add you to marketing emails without your consent.

We use trusted processors to run this website: hosting (Vercel), database hosting (our PostgreSQL provider), email delivery (Resend) and spam protection (Cloudflare Turnstile). They process data on our behalf only.

We never sell your personal information.

If enabled, we use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand how the site is used. Analytics cookies are only set with your consent.

We keep enquiry records for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless you become a client, in which case we keep records as required for accounting and legal purposes.

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, or object to how we use it. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
